Coping with Christmas – workshop
Worried about Christmas??
You’re not alone.
Christmas can be a difficult time for some carers; stress, expectations, cost, the painful reminder of someone’s absence, and family tensions.
We can help.
You are invited to meet with other carers to share what Christmas means for you, hear how others cope with this time of the year and take away a strategy or two to support you through this season. This event on 29 November will be facilitated by Sonia Fenwick, from the Canberra Grief Centre.
