Living is the experience of movement; moving from one state of being to another. We are continually facing change, evolving and progression. Mostly, these movements occur routinely in our life; unnoticed, familiar and without a great deal of disruption or thought. At other times, life throws us ‘unexpected’ change whereby the movement from one state of being to another is significant, requires a great deal of change, we feel ill-equipped, we are unsure about where we are heading and feel overwhelmed. This presentation will discuss this process of transitioning as it applies to the context of caring for another. It will offer ways for you to support yourself as well as possible through these times of transition.
