Sonia from the Canberra Grief Centre will help us to explore and understand the feelings of guilt and anger, in addition to looking at some ways to care for ourselves when these feelings arrive.
This session will be conducted in person only at the Carers ACT Holt Office
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the session to allow for Covid-19 screening.
This activity is open only to carers registered with Carers ACT.
