Guilt and anger are strong emotions. Although it is normal to feel anger and guilt during the course of caring for another, these emotions can leave us feeling confused, overwhelmed by their force and feeling bad within ourselves by having these feelings.
Guilt and anger are often telling us something important about what is happening in our lives. If we can learn to listen to anger and guilt, and understand the function of each then we are better positioned to care and support ourselves when these feelings come to us.
Sonia from the Canberra Grief Centre will help us to explore and understand the feelings of guilt and anger, in addition to looking at some ways to care for ourselves when these feelings arrive.
This session will be conducted in person and also steamed through Zoom.
