Presented by the ACT Public Trustee and Guardian Administration services, this session will cover:

• Types of Powers of Attorney
• What is ‘legal capacity’
• Choosing and appointing a Power of Attorney
• Formal requirements to nominate a Power of Attorney
• When does a Power of Attorney become affective

This session will be conducted in person and also streamed through Zoom.

This activity is open only to carers registered with Carers ACT.
