It’s about inclusiveness, respect, and a sense of belonging for everyone.

As we head into Harmony Week, Carers ACT would like to acknowledge and celebrate the diversity of carers from all different backgrounds.

One way we help keep communities connected is through our various social groups.  A group of Indian carers gather weekly at the Weston Community Centre to come together and participate in activities and enjoy traditional Indian food.

Carers ACT also offers Sri Lankan, Muslim and other multicultural groups and activities.  Check our events page for details or reach out to our Groups team for more details.
